How do you protect my payment details?
Cards are tokenized with Stripe and never touch our servers. Every saved card is verified with 3-D Secure, and larger orders are confirmed with a one-time authentication step before any charge.
Do I have to connect a marketplace to buy wholesale?
No. Many customers use us purely for wholesale supply — browse Ready-to-Ship or the Full Catalog, order at wholesale pricing, and we hold stock in our warehouse under your account. Marketplace integrations are optional, for when you want automated fulfillment.
Will using your fulfillment service affect my Amazon or eBay account?
No. You remain the seller of record; we operate as your third-party fulfillment provider — the same model as FBA. Tracking is uploaded through official marketplace APIs.
What if an item isn't in your warehouse?
